This is a description of a rare and endangered parrot that is only found at high elevations in the central Andes of Colombia. Its feathers are a beautiful golden green with a sapphire crown, and when perched, its blue and red wings and tail can be striking. These parrots are usually seen in groups of several to a dozen birds flying from fruiting tree to fruiting tree in compact flocks. They were once very difficult to find, but in recent years, they have been reliably encountered along dirt roads high above the town of Santa Rosa de Cabal. Last year saw a new minimum tyre pressure set that all riders had to adhere to for 30% of a sprint race and 50% of a grand prix, with the regulation mandated from the British Grand Prix onwards following a period of development for the new Tyre Pressure Management System. The penalties for breaking this rule were handed out on a sliding scale from a warning for a first offence followed by a three-second time penalty and so on. For 2024, any rider who broke this rule was set to face instance disqualification.
